Networking with Exuberance!

After attending a networking event that was held by the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, Operations Director, Jennifer Appleton from ISO Quality Services Limited was refreshed by the presence of speaker Tracy Reck, Naturally Exuberant.

Tracy who is a personal trainer and who owns and runs her own company, Naturally Exuberant, was the event speaker for the morning. Tracy gave the delegates an informative presentation on ‘food’, what we eat & how it affects us.

Jennifer was so encouraged by the presentation that Tracy gave, she asked her to come into the ISO Quality offices in Worcester to present to the employees. It just so happened the company was holding a Onesie & Big Hearted Bake for Charity Little Hearts Matter on the same day – perfect timing!

Tracy gave the QSL members of staff a presentation on ‘food’ in particular the 12 Habit Club, 80/20 Rule, Brain Chemicals, and the foods we eat and how they can affect us. With a little help from ‘the Shield’, ‘Batman’ & ‘The Joker’ we learnt what hormones within the body are good fat burners/fat storer’s.

Tracy said “It was a real pleasure to speak at the QSL staff meeting – they’re clearly a forward looking company who care about the health of the entire team and I was really happy to get the chance to teach them some new ideas. The fact that they were all in onesies was a novel experience for me!”
