Summary

Before joining ISO Quality Services as an associate, Susanna spent over 20 years in supply chain and logistics. During this time, she fulfilled a variety of different roles for blue chip and international firms. She has a wealth of consultancy experience, successfully implementing integrated systems in organisations of all sizes.

Susanna joined the team in 2022 and has worked with a variety of businesses across the UK. She holds CQI/IRCA accredited lead auditor qualifications in the following standards:

• ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety

Employment History

Susanna began her career in logistics as a graduate trainee for Gist, working on the Marks and Spencer contract.  Her expertise in FMCG logistics and supply chain led to her taking on the role of National Distribution Centre (NDC) manager at Allied Bakeries, responsible for the largest site in the network.  She was then headhunted to Karndean International as the Head of Supply Chain where she had responsibility for the successful brownfield development of their state-of-the-art purpose-built warehouse, for which she received a nationally recognised industry award.  Since then, she has acted in a consultancy capacity supporting a wide variety of clients.

In addition to auditing qualifications, Susanna holds a PhD from Manchester Business School, and an MBA from Loughborough University. She is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and Agile PM Practitioner, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport; She also holds a CPC. Her academic research interests are concerned with human-systems interface, and overcoming barriers to the successful implementation and use of systems.
