Rachel is a proven and commended senior leader and business owner who worked for many years at board level within international blue chip sales organisations. Her management career spans 20+ years of successful senior management, business development, brand marketing and employee development. Currently Rachel works as the Director of Business Checkmate based in Hereford, offering a range of business and management training courses.

Rachel’s professional qualifications include: Bachelor of Science, CIPD Certificate in Training Practice, Chartered Management Institute and CIM Advanced Certificate in Marketing.

Back in 2012 Rachel was chosen as our Growth Coach through a programme called the Growth Accelerator and provides invaluable support and guidance.

Fast forward to 2019 we felt it was beneficial to add an external point of view to the board, specifically with regards to planning and setting our strategic objectives. Rachel joined her first board meeting with us in June 2019. She was a natural choice due to her wealth of experience, knowledge of our business and great personality fit.
