I joined ISO Quality Services Ltd on a sub contract basis in Feb 2015 after working for a high street clearing bank for over 30 years. I have undergone an intensive training program with ISO QS Ltd and am now fully competent and skilled in the 9001 and 14001 standards. I will be undergoing further training in other standards as well as aiming to become a trainer to deliver ISO courses to clients in the months ahead.


My previous roles were with Lloyds Banking group where I worked as a Relationship Manager with responsibility for a portfolio of customers in the SME sector. I feel the experience I gained, particularly in delivering excellent customer service and understanding the issues facing small and medium sized businesses, will stand me in good stead when helping and supporting clients on behalf of ISO Quality Services Ltd.

Having seen the ISO 9001 standard working in practice and understanding the enormous benefits it gives to businesses, I feel that if many of my customers had had the standard they would have been better placed to face the challenges of running a successful and growing business in today’s demanding environment.


I am married to Sarah with 2 children – Kieran and Charlotte and 2 cats – Charlie & Amber. I am an avid supporter of Birmingham City FC and have a keen interest in the American Civil War. I am really looking forward to meeting and working with a range of clients on behalf of ISO Quality Services Ltd and helping them achieve their goals and continual improvement through excellent systems management.
