I have worked at ISO Quality Services since I was 18 and have grown with the business.
Background
After attending sixth form for a year, I realised I wanted a more hands on learning experience. That is when the apprenticeship route really came to me. I started in a Marketing role at ISO Quality Services Ltd but am now in the Client Services department. I have completed two apprenticeships with the company – a Level 4 Business Admin Diploma and a Level 3 Diploma in Web and Social Media. I believe the company has helped me grow as an individual and has given me many different experiences to better myself and my knowledge. I was proud when my story was featured in our Princess Royal Training Awards entry and we won.
My Role
I work as a Client Services Account Manager. My passion is with new business and bringing new clients on board. I help potential clients identify how ISO management standards, such as ISO 9001, will help their businesses. I also advise businesses on consultancy and I really enjoy helping smaller SMEs to get started on the path to ISO certification with our innovative ISO Lite Toolkit.
As well as this, I have my own clients that I manage on a daily basis doing thing such as booking in audits, collecting customer satisfaction surveys and sending reports.
Personal
My family is the most important part of my life. After recently having a baby girl, Ava-Grace, most of my time is spent enjoying her company and watching her grow up. Most of my family regularly catch up and spend the day together which is where I will usually be. Apart from that, I love shopping and walking my French Bulldog – Lola!
