Client Services Account Manager
I have recently returned to work at ISO Quality Services as a Client Services Account Manager after previously working in a Marketing Executive role.
My specialities include customer relationship management and customer service.
As part of my degree I completed a placement year working in a customer relationship position. I have always worked within a customer facing environment, starting my early career working at Homebase as a Customer Service and Showroom Advisor.
Outside of work, I am a motorsport enthusiast and constantly talk about my love of Formula One racing to anyone that will listen. I am also a keen reader and can often be found hiding away lost in stories by Jane Austen, usually drinking coffee.
