Background
Before joining ISO Quality Services Ltd, I had various customer service roles from the age of 16 and then worked in Early Years Education supporting children’s physical, social and emotional development.
I am an Account Manager in the Client Services team. I develop relationships with current customers as well as advise new clients on our certification, consultancy and training services in relation to the ISO Management Standards. I really enjoy helping those new to ISO to understand what the Standards can do for their business.
If I am away from my desk, I am out at a networking event, speaking to customers at expos or doing our doughnut drops around Worcestershire!
Personal
I love spending time with family and friends and always have lots of things going on in my social life! I have a passion for travel and adventure, and my goal is to see as many places as I can in my lifetime.
