I have just joined ISO Quality Services Ltd in April 2017, after previously working in a customer service environment. I have got over 4 years’ experience working in various customer service positions. I am working within the Client Services team as an Account Manager and my main goals are to provide exceptional customer service and account management.

BACKGROUND

I have worked in various customer service roles since I left school, starting off as an office junior for a Window and Door company within their sales office gaining knowledge and experience, then working my way up to a Business Support role where I was looking after various different clients. Shortly after moving from Leicestershire to Worcester I worked for a company within the telecommunications industry which has given me experience working in different industries and Account Management experience.

PERSONAL

Outside of work I enjoy watching and playing sport. Growing up I have always enjoyed Show jumping with my family and my favourite sport to watch is cricket! I am also a keen lover of animals, especially Dogs! In my spare time I Volunteer at Dogs Trust.
