I recently joined ISO Quality Services Limited as a freelance Business Adviser. My main role is to assist organisations to grow and, ultimately, to achieve the Investors in People (IiP) Standard (Bronze, Silver or Gold).

Background

I joined 3i’s in 1974 as a Senior Management Consultant which gave me a wide experience of working with large and SMEs in various business sectors of industry and commerce. In 1983 I formed Business Advisory Services as a Human Resource Management Consultancy and have recently celebrated being in business for 30 years. We assist companies to develop their workforce in respect to their organisation’s objectives and targets and, at the same time, encourage them to achieve the Investors in People Standard.

Personal

I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Management, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Chambers of Commerce.

I play golf, socialise with family and friends and attend numerous business networking events.
