Operations Assistant

BACKGROUND

Before joining ISO Quality Services back in 2016 as an Account Manager I obtained my BSc and later, MSc in Occupational Psychology, where my passion lies. My research interests include the areas of Personnel Assessments and Selection, Employee Engagement and Team Performance. Thus, my postgraduate project explored the impact of personality on team performance through consciously and subconsciously triggered goals. I have also been involved in projects which focus on students’ employability, establishing key transferable knowledge and skills which will increase their competitiveness in the labour market.

ROLE

With my experience in the Customer Services team, I re-joined ISO Quality Services in January 2019 in the role of an Operations Assistant. My responsibilities involve supporting the management team in developing and implementing strategies for optimisation of internal processes and employee development and retention.

PERSONAL

When I can, I enjoy spending time with family and spoiling my nephew, which usually involves frequent travelling to Spain. In my spare time I enjoy learning more about coffee roasts and dancing.
