Current role

My current role at ISO Quality Services Ltd is Senior Client Care Advisor. I joined the company in February 2019 as a Client Care Advisor and over the years, my role and responsibilities has developed. In short, my key priorities are to ensure my clients are happy and to answer any ISO queries they may have. Although I am not a qualified auditor, I will endeavour to use my knowledge on the core standards to support and guide both existing and new clients; as well as ensuring their ISO certification remains on track by organising audits, support meetings, consultancy and training. I am also the office formatting queen so am often tasked with checking documentation, content and client correspondence. As a senior member of the team, I am also responsible for mentoring and coaching new members of the team.


Prior to joining ISO QSL; I worked in various industries such as Construction, the Motor Trade, Hospitality and Beauty Therapy so ISO was a total new venture for me. My roles have always been customer facing and I am often described as a people-person as I love building relationships and helping others so my current role fits me perfectly!

Life outside of ISO QSL

I recently sold my first home and am currently renovating my second. It is a complete remodel so that takes us most of my time (and money) outside of work. When at home, I’m spending time with my partner and our little Cavapoo, Oatie. Once the house is finished, I look forward to doing what I enjoy most – travelling to new cities / countries and finding lovely places to eat and drink!
