New Chamber Member Stepway Building Services Ltd have been presented with their ISO 9001 Certification by long standing chamber members ISO Quality Services Ltd, after contacting the certification business off the back of a presentation made by ISO Quality Services at a recent Maximise your Membership event.
Steve Johnson of Stepway said ‘After listening to the presentation at the event, I decided to contact them as I felt I wanted to get some formalised systems in place to be able to satisfy my corporate clients. Stepway Building Services Ltd is a newly formed company specialist in refurbishment, property maintenance services and delivery of projects to public, commercial, retail, leisure and healthcare sectors, and by having a recognised ISO 9001 Certification I hope to grow the business. The process has already allowed me to give a good structure to the business and record and monitor objectives, which really will work for me.’
Steve plans to be very active in notifying his clients about the ISO certification and intends to display the ISO logo on his website, letter heads and marketing literature, as well as writing to all of his contacts informing them of this achievement.
Jennifer Appleton, Operations Director of ISO Quality Services says ‘this is another example of how our chamber membership has worked for us– it allows us to meet with companies who are looking to grow and expand and want to have the credibility of having a recognised management system in place.’
