In March, it was time for the Annual Company Conference. The whole team from ISO Quality Services Limited gathered at Worcester Amateur Rugby Club to celebrate the year-end!
The day started with networking, refreshments and some lovely biscuits. After everyone had arrived it was time to listen to a presentation by our Managing Director about our year. Highlights included the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber Business Awards where we won the Excellence in Customer Service category, increase in the number of clients and our Princess Royal Training Award! In addition, recommendations and improvements from the previous conference were discussed.
To get everyone involved, the Directors had found the perfect way to test our listening skills. A game of heads and tails to measure what we remembered from the presentation. It was a tough competition but, after many rounds, Katie, our Client Services Account Manager, was crowned as the winner. Well done Katie!
To keep the energy up, a tasty lunch was served. Chinese buffet, cheese board and cheese cake! What more can you ask for?
Our next task was to gather ideas for the future. We were divided into groups, involving individuals from different teams. This brainstorming session was a great way to find out different views and opinions as well as learn from one another.
Overall, we had a great day full of information and new ideas. Year after year, our main focus is to keep our clients happy. Although already high, we are proud to announce our customer satisfaction score has climbed still further to 96%, this is reflected in our excellent Google reviews! In addition, our Net Promoter Score for our core services stands at +75 which is considered world class!
