Did you know?

A customer is far more likely to contact a company if it uses an ISO 9001:2008 logo for the marketing of its products and services as it is show to instil greater levels of trust and confidence. Why not implement the ISO 9001:2008 to see an expansion in your current customer base.

Technical vs. Simple

We at ISO Quality Services Ltd want to continue to remove the stigma associated to ISO/BS terminology. Please see below some explanations of some commonly misunderstood terms.

Process:
A process is a series of actions completed to achieve a desired outcome, with a focus on satisfying the customer.
Procedure:
A procedure is a set way of doing something and is driven by the completion of a task with a focus on satisfying the rules.
