Internal Reviews: The Benefits to your Business

Unlike some of our competitors, we undertake a six monthly internal review, helping you to feel more supported and confident when your annual audit approaches.

Audits are a compulsory element of the ISO / BS systems and should be conducted annually. Instead of fearing them, we want our clients to see them as a valuable business tool. They are an opportunity to drive your management system forward, enabling continuous improvement and therefore allowing you to get the most out of your management standard.

Our internal review will make it easier

We know that in some cases, businesses will delay working on their management system until their annual audit is due. However, this can make the process more time consuming and stressful.

Whether you’re new to ISO Certification or not, our internal reviews are a benefit to your business. Our auditors will provide you with support and review how your system is being managed at that time. This will improve your understanding of what is expected and, as your system matures over time, allows you to delve deeper in to the management system, ensuring it is put to good use.

If they spot anything that may cause a problem with certification in six months time, they will raise it with you then, giving you plenty of time to resolve the issue. Failure to be certificated is therefore rare.

Assessors aren’t auditing their own work from a previous visit.

Although an assessor leaving is rare, we want to ensure that more than one assessor knows your business.
