ISO Quality Services Ltd are proud to announce that we have been selected as a finalist in the category of ‘Employer of the Year’ at this years Midlands Family Business of the Year Awards.
Being nominated for this award means so much to us as a company as it encapsulates everything that we are about as a company.
First and foremost, we are a family business. Founded by our MD Peter Appleton, the company is run on a day to day basis by his daughter Jennifer Appleton.
As a close knit team head-quartered in Worcester, the family ethos is one that is important to ISO Quality Services.
Every colleague is a valued member of the team and regular out of work activities helps us maintain the bond that we have.
Leading on from this, we are particularly proud to have been named a finalist in the ‘Employer of the Year’ Category.
With an award winning apprenticeship scheme and a hugely successful graduate scheme, providing talented individuals the platform to demonstrate what they are capable of plays a key role in our family culture.
What’s more, every member of the team is entitled to a minimum of 4 hours of personal development a month which can include external or internal training with many colleagues exceeding this.
Upon receiving the news, Operations Director Jennifer Appleton expressed her delight, “Our people are our most important asset so to be recognised is testament to the tremendous dedication and hard work that all our staff put in everyday”.
The awards ceremony is a black tie affair which takes place in November at the Athena in Leicester.
