Could you be our next Aleksandra Tsvetanova?

17 May, 2018

Aleksandra Tsvetanova will shortly be leaving our team but what could possibly be better than working at ISO Quality Services and could you be our next ‘Aleks’?

We recently received the sad news that Aleksandra Tsvetanova from our Client Services team will be leaving us. But what could possibly be better than working at ISO Quality Services? Well, Aleks has landed her dream role of Junior Occupational Psychologist at Blakebrook Group, so we can’t blame her for leaving.

Aleks joined our team back in 2016 whilst studying towards her undergraduate’s degree in Business Psychology at the University of Worcester. In fact, Aleks met Jennifer (Operations Director) and Charlie (Operations Manager) whilst at a careers fair aimed at Graduate recruitment.  Shortly afterwards, she made the decision to continue with her studies and enrolled for a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology.

We fully support any member of our team that shows a desire to progress, whether that’s inside or outside of the business. That’s why we offered Aleks the flexibility to work around both her studies and sabbatical, where she spent time in Spain. On the support received, Aleks commented: “The team at ISO Quality Services were very supportive towards my interest in developing myself and completing my MSc degree. Both my manager and our Operations Director were very understanding; allowing me the flexibility to attend my lectures and seminars during working hours.”

On her time with the company, Aleks commented: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the business. I have gained a lot of practical experience and have developed a variety of skills. One of the things I will miss the most, apart from my time with the team, is attending the great variety of networking events.”

Whilst we’ll be sad to lose a valued member of our team, we are really pleased Aleks is moving in a direction that is more aligned to her long term career goals and we wish her all the best for the future. This does however mean we have room for a new member to join our team. So who are we and what does the role of Client Services Account Manager entail?

We specialise in the implementation of ISO and BS EN Management Standards as well as training and consultancy. We are a family run business, complete with our office dog Harry, and we want our team to feel part of our family.

Our Client Services team provides exceptional customer service whilst building strong customer relationships and seeking new business opportunities.

The Client Services Account Manager key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Managing a client base including booking visits, customer service and dealing with queries.
  • Assisting in the development of new leads and strategies
  • Increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative duties such as checking / creation of complex documentation.
  • Analysing data and creating reports.
  • General office administrative duties including meet and greet, outbound and incoming calling, filing, spread sheets, data cleansing, emailing and printing documents.
  • Participate, prepare and run meetings and networking/training events.

Aleks would recommend the role to “anyone who is interested in developing key skills and being involved in a range of responsibilities”.
