From the initial stages of programme implementation in 2008 ISOQSL have been
instrumental in developing a quality pathway and strategy that compliments the needs of our business policy and procedures whilst fully embracing the needs of our customers in this exercise.

Every year you have provided a continuous improvement agenda that has underpinned the overall continuous business development in this period. In all key quality measurement areas, both internally and externally with our customers, we have recorded year on year improvement and ISOQSL have been a cornerstone to this improvement. In this we consider that you have always steered on a progressive quality path with clear direction built around our specific business needs. We recognise that ISOQSL has been a key player in fundamental part of our business and anticipate this is only the start of a long and fruitful partnership.
