ISO Certification to reassure customers
Worcester based Clearview provide an impressive range of software products to help manage your business better. They have been a client of ours for just over a year and have the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the ISO 27001 Information Security System in place.
What is quite unique though is that they have used their own products to manage the attainment and continuing compliance with these ISO standards.
Clearview software enables customers to plan and execute their company strategy, manage projects, risks, employee performance through better appraisal processes and track KPIs in a balanced scorecard. They also provide search engine based business intelligence solutions and services to enable an organisation to obtain a single view of customer.

Gaining the standards was extremely important for Clearview as they look to expand their product portfolio. The certifications have helped to secure new business and provide a positive and trusted projection to potential clients.

Since implementing these measures Clearview have seen internal benefits as their staff are engaged with the system. Mark commented that the system “has become well embedded in the organisation and is seamlessly integrated into the way we deliver services to our clients”.
Integrating the management system with their own software has also meant that Clearview have established a great way of tracking their activity and achievements.
The ISO Management Standards provide the company with guidelines to adhere to, and Mark pointed out, “most organisations have the procedures in place, but the standard enforces a tighter discipline around ensuring actions and risks are managed and achieved. It’s a lot easier to do this with a product like Clearview to support the process.”
“A partnership approach”
When asked about Clearview’s relationship with ISO Quality Services, Mark was quick to praise our office staff and auditor, Peter O’Neil, “The consultant who completed the audit was very knowledgeable and [the] staff are always professional, friendly and helpful whenever we contacted them. They were also able to help with text for tender responses and general business advice which has emphasised the partnership approach they take.”
