I have joined the Client Services Department at ISO Quality Services Ltd in June 2016, shortly after completing my BSc (Hons) Business Psychology degree at University of Worcester, accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). My previous experience in the Customer Service area and my involvement in a variety of projects at university are the key motives which inspired me to embrace such a highly customer orientated position.

BACKGROUND

While at university, I have completed a range of Research Projects, exploring topics such as Employee Engagement, Employability skills and ‘How employability is embedded in the Psychology curriculum at University of Worcester’. I have also taken part of the Learning and Teaching Conference, presenting one of the projects.

PERSONAL

I enjoy visiting new places, learning about their culture and trying their traditional food. I am also a big Coffeeophile and have completed professional Barista and Latte Art Training.
