Achieving the UK Business Heroes Stamp!

28 Oct, 2020

We are pleased to announce that we have been recognised as a ‘UK Business Hero’ by The British Chamber of Commerce!

During the Summer, the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce launched the Chamber Champion Awards to recognise businesses’ hard work during the Coronavirus outbreak.   We were delighted to discover that we were awarded the Highly Commended title in the ‘Accomplishments in Adaptability’ Award for our innovation and diversity during these difficult times.

The winners from these awards were then nominated by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber to be considered for the prestigious ‘UK Business Hero’ by The British Chamber of Commerce, which we have now been awarded. What’s more, we are pleased to congratulate two of our clients for achieving this stamp as well! Central Roofing and Building Services and Onside Advocacy were also recognised for their work and contributions over the past year. Congratulations both!

Why we were Highly Commended…

We were recognised for our adaption to service delivery; making our services available remotely, adapting overall communication through mediums such as Zoom, Microsoft The Teams, our phone system app as well as Outlook.

We adapted our marketing strategy to be helpful and relevant to businesses and individuals struggling with in the coronavirus both personally and professionally.

We were also recognised for how we took care of our team during the weeks of lockdown and home working, by holding social video calls that consisted of quizzes, catch ups and even fancy dress! We also ensured that our team were able to have video calls with our Mental Health Nurse, Carie, if they wished to.
