We as a company, have been involved with ISO Quality Services since our inception over 3½ years ago. So much so that the inaugural meeting was in the ‘Silver Springs Hotel’ lounge in Cork.

Not all of the Directors at that time saw the worth of the investment in the ISO 9001:2000 process but, and it is a big but, everyone now has really understood what it has meant to the development of Safekeeping    Document Storage. Without it we would not have been able to enter the   pharmaceutical market and get on all of the ‘Approved Suppliers List’ companies such as Pfizer, DuPuy (Johnson & Johnson), Schering Plough, Shandon Clinical Trials Ltd and many more.

The service and assistance we have received is second to none, so much so that Peter (the Operations Director of ISO Quality Services Ltd) is at the moment acting as our Quality Manager with the blessing of all our major clients.

ISO 14001 (Environmental) is in the process of being implemented and ISO 17799 Information Security Standard which was recommended by one of our client’s Quality Director.

Overall, we are pleased with everything and have pleasure in being asked to add some content to this, their inaugural Newsletter.
