 PROFILE: Rob Noble CEO.

Rob joined the organisation after a period with Goldman Sachs in London running equity operations teams, having previously completed 18 years’ service in the British Army.  He gained significant operational experience leading tours of duty in Northern Ireland, Sierra Leone, Iraq and Afghanistan.  Alongside operational leadership, Rob also specialised in strategic planning and training whilst in the Army.

Rob has a strong belief that leadership should be seen at all levels of an organisation, and unlocking hidden potential is key.  He has worked in teams mixed by age, nationality, gender and sector of expertise.  He knows that core to a successful team is recognising and bringing together the right capabilities and personal attributes; and pivotal to delivering any vision and strategy is that they are expressed clearly, understood and advocated.
