ISO Quality Services Ltd finalists for TWO awards

In January ISO Quality Services Ltd put themselves forward for two awards at the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards 2015 and it is with great pleasure that we can announce that we have been short-listed for BOTH.

Therefore on the 23rd April 2015 ISO Quality Services Ltd will be attending the prestigious awards ceremony at the International Convention Centre, Birmingham where we will be up for the following awards:

Excellence in Skills Development

Here we were able to demonstrate our commitment to both clients and employees.

As a company we ask clients for feedback at various stages so as to be able to improve the way in which we provide our services. ISO Quality Services also launched a dedicated training department so as to be able to ensure that our clients are getting the most of the ISO Management Standards that they are running.

With regards to our commitment to our employees, we have invested a lot of time and effort in providing opportunities for them to grow and better themselves which includes a guaranteed 4 hours of training a month with many colleagues exceeding this.

Nearly 30% of the company’s workforce are apprentices and a further 2 colleagues were employed through a newly launched graduates programme. On top of that, a number of our colleagues have/are undergoing NVQ’s while our Operations Director is currently studying for an MBA at the University of Worcester.

Excellence in the use of Social Media/ Digital Marketing

The past 12 months has seen a huge shift in the company’s marketing strategy. We have moved away from having a full time telemarketer to an increased focus on digital marketing.

The popularity of the company’s website and social media channels has grown significantly to a point where it was far more effective than the traditional telemarketing. The future sees the company providing more online resources for clients as well boosting the efficiency of the website and social media through a number of activities.
